Troy is presumably the same age as Kevin. His overprotective mother believes that her son can do no wrong, but Troy lies to her about where he is in order to sneak out to the Kingston-Persons house and hang out there. Troy is sneaky, intelligent and weird, often seen dressed in adult clothes like duster coats and dress pants, and although he often gets Kevin into trouble, the two of them truly do like each other and are best friends. Troy has a pet python, and gives Kevin a white rat in the 5th episode of Season 1. In the 17th episode of Season 2, Troy is bullied by another kid and Kevin stands up for him.
